Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing to shop at Estate-cleaningservices.com we here to make your project a success and get the word out about your business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to do what we can to make it right.

Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it excluding the items and or services mentioned below. To be eligible for a return; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not allowed on any services: Printing, Mailing, Videography, or consulting once the project has started.

Refunds:
An RMA# must be obtained before shipping any items back. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is eligible for a return and it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 Business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Since; we require you approve all proofs before sending to production. Even though we do our best to spot check work; it is still the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs on our site for correct Names, Phone Numbers, Fax numbers, E-mail Addresses, Addresses, Color, Spelling, Grammar, Punctuation, Font, Font Size, Layout, Graphics, Confirm Legal authorization to use photos you provide.
